Our client, a highly-respected and growing Multi-National brokerage experiencing considerable growth and success, is seeking 2 experienced general insurance broking professionals to join their dynamic teams.

The first opportunity is an Assistant Account Executive role where you will enjoy assisting a senior broker with servicing and developing a diverse portfolio of mid-market commercial clients where you will be involved in the full range of broking from start to finish.

To be successful in securing this role, you will ideally be self motivated, keen to learn, with a high level of initiative, well-developed communication skills, eye for detail and a team player attitude.  1-3 years General Insurance broking experience at the Assistant or Account Executive level and Tier 1 qualifications essential.

The second opportunity is a Senior Account Executive role where you will inherit a portfolio of large commercial clients. You’ll be involved in the full range of broking activities from start to finish including; client meetings & providing a high level of client service, negotiating & placing risks with insurers in the open market and online & writing reports.  As a valued & key team member, you’ll also be comfortable sharing your expertise and mentoring staff regularly.

To be successful in securing this role, you’ll have a positive team and client service approach, be technically strong across all lines of insurance, have an eye for detail and value being part of a healthy team environment.  A minimum of 15+ years’ experience in broking is essential with a high level of initiative and well-developed communication skills. Location South East of Melbourne with free parking.

The third opportunity is for an Account Manager servicing and developing a diverse portfolio of large mid-market commercial clients. You will be involved in the full range of broking activities from start to finish including; client meetings, negotiating & placing risks with insurers in the open market and online & preparing reports & slips.

Well-developed communication & relationship building skills, eye for detail, team player attitude and a desire to learn & progress required. A minimum of 5 years commercial broking experience and Tier 1 broking qualifications essential.
