You will enjoy assisting a great team of underwriters with the development and underwriting of the Professional Risks portfolio as they mentor you to ensure you progress to an underwriter role. You will have the opportunity to provide outstanding client service to your brokers, collaborate with colleagues, administer new business, renewals and endorsements and prepare policy documentation and monthly reports.
This is a highly successful Insurer that has a dynamic corporate team culture in stunning offices based in the CBD. The successful applicant can expect to increase their profile in the market rapidly while developing their underwriting and technical skills and will suit an ambitious, outgoing, driven and self-motivated individual who is keen to learn and advance their general insurance career.
To secure this brilliant and rewarding role you will have outstanding communication skills and a strong client service ethic, corporate presentation, be keen to learn and progress your career into underwriting, self motivated, strong attention to detail, intelligent, high computer literacy and outgoing personality. 6 – 12 months corporate office experience, ideally within insurance or finance. Degree qualifications in business, law or finance essential.
